Besides being the President and Chief Operating Officer of My One School, she enjoys being the Executive Director of Fundraising and Development for Child Literacy and Save a Girl Child. Additionally, she takes pride in being a Rotarian.

When Besa isn't writing or reading, she is either helping at the bookstore or developing My One School's future.

Nonethless, her greatest joys are raising her two children, Nathaniel and Gentiana.

Arber Prenaj in his diverse roles is a computer specialist, web developer, and a business professional.

He has several years of experience in those fields and his responsibilities are many.His zeal for child education is a direct outcome of his struggling experiences during his teenage years in Kosova.

He believes that the only way we can solve today's global outcry is continuously confronting illiteracy at hand. As an Vice President, Arber, is the key member of the team responsible for developing and structuring the overall organizational objectives.

In addition, he supports the new and emergent programs and assists with their implementation.

Terri's expertise in Television & Radio is an invaluable asset at My One School Inc. As a public service director for a FOX affiliate TV station in Jacksonville, Florida.

Terri worked closely with numerous public service organizations. Besides co-producing many television segments for local non-profit organizations, she also organized a Charity Golf Tournament in Alaqua Country Club where proceeds benefited K-9 police dog protective vests.

Terri works closely with the Founder & Director of Operations to manage fundraising activities. Her responsibilities are many in areas of market research, marketing strategy, sales, advertising, promotion, pricing, product development and public relations.

More specifically, she continuously develops My One School's marketing strategy in detail. In addition, she plays a key role in currently developing the board and committee structure.

Anupam Satyasheel is an alumnus of New York University and London Business School.

In his diverse roles in the fields of Finance, he has created immense value for several organizations across the globe. Anupam is recognized as an innovative business thinker whose lateral solution finding skills have helped optimize the available resources.

His passion for child education is a direct outcome of his experiences during his initial years of struggle. Anupam could not get any primary education because of his underprivileged circumstances and later on funded his college education.

An ardent supporter of social equality and universal education, Anupam is entrusted with the responsibility of setting the growth strategy and long term vision for My One School.

Anupam also serves on the board of Child Literacy, a New York based non-profit which supports carious programs and projects in the developing world.

Nancy shear is a Company President, a Bank Manager, and a Real Estate Broker Manager. Her experience is driving business development for personal, business and wealthy management accounts. Her skills are heavily relied upon to build and grow start up companies.

Additionally, she has managed and trained over fifty real estate agents to market, while selling and closing real estate transactions exceeding several million dollars.

Here at My One School, Nancy's insight is invaluable. She responsible for financial management affairs of the organization. She assists in managing banking relationships, including monitoring compliance while overseeing capital project and spending.

Furthermore, she facilitates organization's general insurance policies, monitoring adherence to corporate cash management with the intention of optimizing cash flow and business operations.

In carrying out her responsibilities, she provides a unique approach to help achieve our organization's mission.
